Then, add these ingredients: mustard, curry powder, chutney, or your one other of your favorite flavors. Quantities are always to taste and you'll be amazed at how this tip really works! |

Easy Crab Bisque
Microwave Soup, Bisque
Even though this Easy Crab Bisque is made all from cans, you will be able to fool even the most seasoned of gourmet cooks. It's that good! Try it next time you need to whip up a great soup starter.
What you'll need:
- 1 10-oz. can pea soup
- 1 10 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 lb. crab (recommended) or 1 6-oz.can crabmeat, rinsed, drained, and flacked
- 3 Tbsp. sherry
What to do:

Combine pea soup, tomato soup and cream in a large covered microwave safe casserole dish or bowl. Microwave covered on High Power for 8-10 minutes, or until boiling. Stir occasionally during cooking.

When hot, add crab and sherry, cover and microwave on Medium Power (50%) for 3-4 minutes to heat through.
