Easy Shrimp Soup
Seafood Soup Recipe
This Easy Shrimp Soup is SO EASY to make, that it's almost criminal! Plus, it tastes really, really good! When you are in a hurry, pull out this recipe and whip it up. It only takes about 10 minutes.
What you'll need:
- 3 1/2 cups of water
- 1 package of Oriental flavor ramen noodles (or something similar)
- 1/2 cup of green onions (chopped)
- 1 medium carrot (cut in julienne strips)
- 4 1/4 oz. shrimp (rinsed and drained and fresh is best)
- soy sauce to taste
What to do for making Easy Shrimp Soup:

Heat the water to boiling in a 3 quart saucepan.

Add the packaged noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring once in awhile, until noodles have become tender.

Stir in the contents of the seasoning packet, the onions, carrost and shrimp. Cook until the mixture is hot.
Serve with a garnish of soy sauce.
