Garden Gazpacho Soup
Gazpacho is surely a summer soup. And this Garden Gaspacho Soup is no exception. It's full of fresh flavor and loaded with antioxidants. You'll love it. Try it for the next party you give. Watch your guests sip it with joy.

What you'll need:
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
What to do:

Combine tomato sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar and honey in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Next, stir in chopped tomato, green bell pepper, celery rib, garlic, cucumber, green onion, hot pepper sauce, and pepper.
Serve up in chilled soup bowls. This delicious recipe serves 4 people.
