Your Meat Soups Guide

Cooking Tip

Making a meat-based soup can also double as an entire meal. Filled with protein and usually a number or vegetables and grains or starches, a meat soup or stew can fill up the tummies of the most hungry as well as provide all the vitamins and nutrients that a person needs.

Soups can always be made ahead of time and this also enhances the flavor.

Excess soup can be frozen to use at a later date. What's not to like about soup?

Delicious and Filling Meat Soups

One way to fill up the hungry men (and women!) in your life is to feed them hearty meat soups. They come in the form of stews usually, but also there are some wonderful, nutritious recipes not quite as thick as stews that use beef, pork and lamb.

Combined with vegetables and rice or noodles and beans, you can make a complete meal with all the hearty, nutritious ingredients mentioned. Do you take your lunch to work or school? Make up one of the recipes below ahead of time and take with you in a thermos or microwaveable container. Wow! Instant lunch with no muss or fuss

So, even if you're looking for an idea to feed the whole family, consider one of the recipes below. All are loaded with flavor, nutrients and can easily work as an entire meal. Check back often as I am always adding new soup recipes and ideas for you to try.
