Vegetable Soups
I can't say that I LOVED vegetable soups when I was growing up. But, that was mostly because it often came out of a can. And how good do vegetables from a can really taste? Since then, as I've grown up, so has my palate. Thus, I can honestly say that I do love the vegetables in my soup now.
Soup is like a canvas that you can paint on many flavors and vegetable soup is no different. It's amazing how many combinations, variations and delicious concoctions one can come up with using the nutricious vegetables that we all need and wonderful spices and herbs for flavor. Enjoy your veggies!
